Delivery time is estimated at 1-3 working days, not including production time.
Due to pieces being handmade certain pieces may take up to 3-5 days as they will be made especially for you!
Returns are only accepted for items of unworn/undamaged condition in their original box and packaging, otherwise this policy may be rendered void.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
Please contact us prior to sending. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs.

All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee (excluding specially ordered items, and sale items). Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. You may either exchange the item or request a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items they are not in their original condition.
UNWANTED GIFTS
You can return items that have been purchased from us and given to you as a gift. Please follow the procedure for returns. If you wish to exchange the item, the original purchaser will not be informed. However, any refunds will be issued to the card that was used to pay for the goods. Please see our returns policy for how to return unwanted or faulty items.
